Delete your data
Disconnect a social account, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Every request gets a confirmation code you can use to check its progress.
Disconnect in your client portal
Sign in and open Profile › Connected accounts, then choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access token straight away and stop all scheduled posts for it.
Log in to disconnect →Remove Turex from the platform
You can also remove Turex Technologies from the platform's own settings. Menu names can change between app versions.
- Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook settings, open Business integrations and remove Turex Technologies.
- TikTok: in Settings and privacy › Security, open the list of apps with access and remove Turex Technologies.
When the platform tells us you removed the app, we delete that account's data within 30 days.
Ask us to delete everything
Use the form to request deletion of your whole Turex account, projects, files and messages. We confirm your identity by email before deleting anything.
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Ghanaian tax law requires, then deleted.
