The admin dashboard for Nomat Ventures: live sales from every branch, products and branch prices, online orders and catalogue, taxes, staff and terminals, with the sync service the branch POS connects to.
One dashboard runs every branch and the online shop, with live sales, branch stock and online orders.
16dashboard pages in five groups
3access levels: super admin, manager, sales associate
1founder terminal that oversees every branch
Where they started
With several branches and an online shop, Nomat needed one place to see and steer the whole business:
Each branch has its own stock, yet the owner needs the whole picture.
Online orders must reach the right branch, and stock sometimes has to move between branches to fill them.
Only the right products should appear online, with photos, categories and clear prices.
Who may do what varies: branch managers, sales associates and the owner.
Ghana's taxes (VAT, NHIL, GETFund) had to be applied and reported correctly.
What we did
We turned the proven Eldora Royal dashboard into a multi-branch control centre for Nomat:
Live sales across branches, with notifications, receipt history and tax breakdowns, and branch-scoped sync so each terminal only gets its own branch's stock.
Branches and delivery zones for where customers collect and where Nomat delivers, with free-delivery rules.
Online catalogue and orders. Choose what is published, check what blocks a listing, publish now, then prepare paid orders at the fulfilling branch and move stock between branches when needed.
Three access levels (super admin, manager, sales associate) with per-user page grants and branch-scoped files; the founder's account is protected from lock-out.
A founder's terminal that sees every branch but makes no sales and changes no stock.
Taxes and reports, branch price overrides, and a scheduled monthly emailed report.
The dashboard is for the owner and super admins only, each signing in with an account issued from the Staff page. The left side says what it is for: every branch, every sale, the moment it happens.

The overview
The overview opens on today's takings across the whole business, with the receipts recorded, the average sale and the staff who can sign in. Latest sales update as terminals record them, and voided sales stay listed but never count.
The menu is grouped by job: sales and money, products and branches, online store, staff and terminals, and business. This screen uses sample data.

Online orders
Paid orders from nomatventures.com land here. The dashboard counts what needs attention (paid, but stock is missing), what is ready to prepare, and what is waiting for stock on its way from another branch.
Each order says how it will reach the customer: collect at a branch or deliver from one, and shows when a stock transfer is pending. Orders are prepared at the fulfilling branch.
1Needs attentionPaid, but stock is missing.
2To preparePaid or being prepared.
3Waiting for stockA transfer from another branch is on the way.
The online catalogue
Only products switched to Publish online, with a title, category and photo, appear on the website. This page shows each product's online price, how many are available and in how many branches, and its state: online, draft, not listed or needing a fix.
Publish now sends the changes to the shop at once.

POS terminals
Each branch's till is paired once with the dashboard and assigned to a branch. The page shows whether each terminal is active, how recently it synced, whether it is late and how many changes it has not yet sent, and when it is next due.
The owner's terminal is paired separately: the founder's terminal sees every branch. The desktop side of this link is Nomat Ventures POS.

What changed
The owner can run every branch and the online shop from one place:
Sales from all branches are visible as they happen, excluding voids.
Online orders show what needs attention, what to prepare and what is waiting for a stock transfer.
Staff only see the pages their level and branch allow.
